Shark NV360 Navigator Lift-Away Deluxe Upright Vacuum
Is the Shark Navigator Deluxe a Skillful Vacuum?
I bought the Shark Navigator well-nigh three years ago when my previous vacuum cleaner broke. I bought the lift-away deluxe model.
I read several reviews on Dyson and other brands, but I settled on the Shark bagless vacuum based on the positive reviews and cost.
Is information technology worth the coin? Having owned my Shark now for iii years, I've used it long enough to write a fair review. In my feel, information technology's a skilful vacuum, just non perfect. I'll explain what I like and don't similar nearly information technology.
Beater Bar Problems
On occasion, the beater bar stops working suddenly, even without a tangle or jam underneath. This problem doesn't happen every time I use the vacuum, just it's yet abrasive when information technology happens. Turning the vacuum off and on again ordinarily fixes the problem, simply not e'er.
The problem may exist caused past overheating or a defective part. I'chiliad non certain. Unfortunately, the problem began long after the render window ended, so I was unable to return or exchange it. Besides the trouble with the beater bar though, I'm satisfied with the performance of this vacuum when it functions. I believe this product comes with a two-year warranty.
Shark Vacuum Suction
The Navigator Deluxe has really expert suction, removing droppings from my carpeting that my previous vacuum left behind. On thicker carpeting, you lot take to push button the vacuum slow to actually work information technology into the carpet, simply the suction doesn't disappoint.
I don't have pets, but for anyone who does, this is a good pet vacuum for removing canis familiaris hair. I've used mine to remove dog hair from my driblet cloths. The bare floor setting works well too. The vacuum is a niggling heavy to push sometimes, even with the self-propulsion. This might be a trouble for some. The vacuum steering does swivel, which makes cleaning easier and faster.
No More Bags
Having to make trips to the store to buy replacement bags for my old vacuum wasn't fun. Ane of the reasons I bought the Shark Navigator was non having to buy replacement numberless anymore.
The Navigator has a removable dust loving cup that disconnects easily from the vacuum by unlocking two latches. My merely complaint is the dust cup is a little small and fills upward rather fast.

My house is small-scale, and so this isn't much of an outcome for me, only the cup would likely demand to be dumped out more than once while cleaning a bigger abode with kids and pets. I usually take to dump out the container one time per cleaning. There is as well a removable HEPA filter that comes out easily for washing.
Lift-Away Characteristic
The lift-away feature is nice for cleaning stairs and tight spots where it's difficult to maneuver the entire vacuum. I employ it to make clean my carpeted basement stairs and it works well. The canister detaches from the balance of the vacuum for portable utilize. The attachments are also useful, which includes one for cleaning under appliances.
Is the Shark Navigator (NV360) Worth the Money?
I give my Shark (NV360) 4 stars. I'd give information technology five stars if it weren't for the beater bar problems I've experienced. The suction with this vacuum is very good. The first fourth dimension I used it, I was surprised by its cleaning power. Even when you call up your rug'southward make clean, the Shark will pull deep dirt and lint out of it. The overall size of the Navigator is a tad small, which is great for storage, just it takes a fiddling longer to clean carpet.
The cord isn't retractable, which might exist annoying for some, but not a trouble for me. The cord is 25 feet and long enough for my needs. If you lot have a large abode, you might want to consider buying a vacuum cleaner with a larger canister, unless you lot don't mind dumping information technology out a few times when cleaning. This 1 is small and fills upwards fast.
Toll wise, the toll is fair, compared to competing brands with similar suction power. Spending more than $200 on a vacuum cleaner is crazy, at to the lowest degree to me. I bought mine for $150 at my local Target.
